Woman of the Year nomination, I am thankful!!!

Woman of the Year nomination, I am thankful!!!

I am so honored and extremely grateful to be nominated for "Woman of the Year" by LLS, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Suncoast Chapter.                    This nomination, this opportunity truly is a gift from God!!

I just so happened to meet recently with someone that I have known for quite some time. It just so happens that this person is involved passionately with LLS and nominated me for this amazing honor. What is so unbelievable is that my mother just passed away from Lymphoma on November 30th, a few weeks ago.   I initially didn't even know what LLS was, I am happy to say, I do now!!                 You could say its all just a coincidence. I believe and know in my heart, its much bigger than that!!

I happily accept this amazing opportunity and challenge to spread awareness and raise funds to assist in the battle against these horrible blood diseases that continue to drastically hinder and ultimately take our loved ones.                 Mom this is for you!!!! I love you!!!

The 2016 Woman of the Year campaign officially kicks off February 25th and runs through May 2016. The winners and total funds raised are announced May 7, 2016 @ the Grand Finale Gala, downtown Tampa.

As we get closer to the campaign kickoff I will post details & updates and links on how you can get involved and make a difference and support me on my mission!!!   Thank you!!!! 2016 is going to be an amazing year for all of us!!!         I am thankful!! xoxo   Merry Christmas!!!
