DISCUSSING THE FUTURE OF CREATIVE INDUSTRIES TECH, AR VR LANDSCAPES, HOW WE CONSIDER 360 SUSTAINABILITY AND WHAT WE DO AT CommuneEAST.

In a roll up to international women's day and continuing our support of fellow females and womxn in the industry, here is a link to the wonderful time spent discussing the future of fashion, the digital flex in the industry and how tech and sustainability should get deeper into bed. I had an inspiring and a knowledge rich day with these phenomenal women, so here's a little introduction to what they are doing and why they are so bloody great.

Created by Daisy Walker in 2015 as an antidote to an often exclusive and unrepresentative industry; along with Radio Manager Bella Gladman and Social Media Coordinator Georgia Moot.

Women in Fashion is a feminist non-profit organisation providing women (& men) in the fashion industry with a platform to discuss issues in order to provoke change.

Tackling issues such as diversity, representation of gender, age discrimination, sexism etc, the aim is to create a tangible offline space that allows the layers of these issues to be explored and shared with the goal of changing the negative aspects of an industry we all love.
