Greetings, Women in Payments Community! 

As we bring 2024 to a close, it’s time to celebrate the remarkable achievements of the Women in Payments community. Your support and commitment have enabled us to carry out our mission to empower women in payments and fintech, and we are deeply grateful for your partnership. 

 This year has been extraordinary:

• Global Symposia: Six events across the world brought together over 2,000 attendees, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Networking and Knowledge Sharing: With 12 networking events and 20 fireside chats, we’ve opened doors to countless opportunities and new relationships.

Our programs have reached new heights:

• Leadership Master Class: Imparting the tools and confidence to lead effectively and with confidence.
• Global Mentorship Program: Almost 250 participants engaged in transformative mentorship experiences.
• POM Cafés and Spotlights: We hosted over 60 POM Cafés (including 7 in Spanish!) and celebrated over 35 inspiring "My Career in Six" spotlights.

Our community continues to thrive:

• We now have over 50,000 women in our payments and fintech community worldwide.
• Our LinkedIn following grew to over 38,000, with over one million impressions and almost 40,000 engagements—a vibrant testament to our shared commitment.

None of this would have been possible without you—our sponsors, participants, and community members. Your passion and dedication have made 2024 extraordinary.

As we look forward to 2025, Margaret Mead’s words resonate deeply: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
