Women Smashing The Glass Ceiling Together

In case you haven't noticed, women are taking over everywhere in leadership positions, across all industries and professions, and all the various sectors of society. This is not a random thing, and I'm not a feminist. Women simply have better attributes for navigating the challenges ahead. Just as we take a small child by the hand and lead them into school, explaining patiently what is expected of the child and how everything works - women are going to have to lead all of humanity to get on the right side of all these changes.

"When Lindsay Kaplan and Carolyn Childers launched Chief in 2019, the plan, as they told Inc., was nothing short of world domination. Now, three years later, that lofty goal is starting to take shape." Inc.

My Commentary

Alone we are still quite powerless to generate change. The only way we'll be able to take advantage of our special powers is by flourishing together. By supporting each other. By coming together on a regular basis to discuss how change will happen.

With each passing day we see how the role of women has grown, especially when it comes to putting back the broken pieces and rebuilding society. During lockdown we rediscovered how the female figure is the most prominent and influential person in the family, holding everything together. And that reverberates in every field of life where women are involved. That driving force of womanhood is exactly what the world needs right now. The remarkable dedication and determination women express during tough times is particularly acknowledged during uncertain times.

When women play a greater role in the leadership of our common global home, meaning the whole of humanity, we have so much to gain from it because there will be less war, fewer problems and conflicts, and the world will be better organized.

It's not by chance that the most positive results in curbing Covid took place in countries run by female leaders. When women play a greater role in the leadership of our common global home, meaning the whole of humanity, we have so much to gain from it because there will be less war, fewer problems and conflicts, and the world will be better organized.

Men need to learn to be supportive of women leading change, creating a new dynamic balance between the genders based on the understanding that we cannot go back to our previous faulty way of life. We can build a new world together where everyone is engaged in cultivating a prosperous yet sustainable society, instead of an imbalanced pattern of pollution and destruction.

We can build a new world together where everyone is engaged in cultivating a prosperous yet sustainable society, instead of an imbalanced pattern of pollution and destruction.

This shift does not mean that we have to dismantle everything and start over, but rather look at businesses and other initiatives from a new perspective: for the benefit of our children, all of humanity, and all of nature. Women can provide the keen vision to make the necessary decisions. So it will be up to the women to establish the prioritized goals and men will implement them. Through this mutual cooperation, a common foundation of support and understanding will be formed for navigating the new era together.
