What has been your favorite Women's Initiative Now! (WIN!) event or activity and why?
Last year's Women’s History Month panel was a profound experience, providing valuable insights from our female leaders. Discussing topics that resonate across all levels of the company was gratifying. Learning about the challenges these women have surmounted to become leaders and mentors is very inspiring.
How does WIN! foster a sense of belonging for women colleagues at BPM?
We invite you to join us just as you are. Our community comprises women of all levels, ages and backgrounds. Together, we gather to learn, inspire and support one another.

How do you strive to achieve work-life balance and what advice do you have for other women trying to do the same?
This one is challenging indeed. I understand how different times of the year can bring varying demands. Busy seasons can be particularly challenging to navigate and keep up with. That's why being part of a group that prioritizes my well-being is invaluable to me. Even when I show up, feeling defeated at times, being able to hear from these amazing women instantly boosts my motivation to tackle other tasks.
How will you Inspire Inclusion, this year’s International Women’s Day theme, in the year ahead?
I aim to promote inclusion by actively seeking opportunities to support my colleagues, inspired by the values I impart to my daughters. This means creating space for them to have difficult days and accepting them as they are. It also involves offering support and lifting each other up when needed. Together, we foster an environment of acceptance and encouragement.
