Work-life balance in the spotlight.
The time is now!
For so many of us, myself included. Our days are filled with a million minor interruptions.
Maybe you've taken a call on holiday, texted your boss, or emailed a colleague while on a picnic. The truth is, we convinced ourselves that these behaviours are not a big deal. It's just one email.
The total cost of interruption.
The constant creep of work into our personal lives can increase our stress and undermine our happiness and guess what?
You don't even know.
I would like to address the critical issue of work-life balance.
We should understand the importance of self-awareness in our lives. Everyone carries a thought "what other people think or say" it can weaken your connection with your loved ones and you completely lose the meaning of living life. Self-awareness is ultimate in our society lately.
2. The one thing we fear the most face the truth. It must have clear in our minds what are the benefits and losses. Employees paid for their performance spend enough time interacting with colleagues and clients and less time hanging out with friends and family.
That government and cooperation are not going to solve this issue for us. Stop looking outside. This depends on us as individuals to take control and responsibility for the type of lives is want to live.
3. The place you are working at can be wonderful and enlightening. On the other hand - that's a nightmare.
We need to elongate the time frame falling into the trap of the "I'll have a whole life when I retire".

If you don't design a meaningful life, somebody else will design it for you and then what? You may not like their idea of work-life balance.
4. Small things matter.
Being more balanced doesn't mean upheavel in your life if you live like what matter the most.
How do we balance it?
By not judging ourselves while we are trying to accomplish something.
I am leaving you with a powerful quote. More than a quote it is a fact that we need to understand to make our life better than yesterday.
When you blame yourself, you are always going to be happy. Because you don't feel like somebody else controls you. If you don't give importance other's opinion, you are the most happiest person in the world.
