I came across this article which resonated with me greatly. A family member recently found herself in a situation where these four signs were clear enough for her to make the decision to resign from her position. Please know that there are companies and Leaders who ensure that they do not act at all like this. So, take stock, take action and remember that your value does not decrease based on someone's inability to see your worth!
