The world of learning has changed - want to be a part of it?
The past 18 months have seen tremendous change in the workplace. There have been countless articles written on this topic, so my goal here is not to recount that. I will offer an additional view for those of us in the learning space; the way that we provide learning opportunities has undergone fundamental shifts that will persist long after this pandemic recedes (which hopefully, will be soon.)
From our perspective at Cornell, we have seen this shift; organizations need to have highly flexible ways to provide learning. They need to meet needs at all levels of the organization. They need to provide ways for people to interact and learn from each, while also providing self-directed learning. They need to bring people together who now spend most, if not all of their time working remotely.
As these needs to continue to shift and accelerate, our team here at Cornell External Education has been rapidly working to meet and stay ahead of these needs. From what started as a small "start-up" within the University over 20 years ago, eCornell has grown into a powerhouse working with faculty across the entire University to provide programs that meet the needs across the organization from the most senior level teams to entry-level individual contributors.
If you are someone who is excited about how the world of learning is changing, if you love to dig in and help solve problems for you clients, if you are passionate about helping people build the skills needed for success then we'd love to talk to you. We are growing our team and are looking for motivated, experienced professionals to continue to help build our work with our organizational clients.
