The World is Ready to Meet the Real You...

Everyone makes the same declaration; I want to inspire. This is a common objective because every successful person knows they became so because someone inspired them. Inspiration is the goal. But how do you get there? How do you take disjointed life events and from them create a masterful story?

First, inspiration requires the proper angle of expression. If you do not shoot your words from the proper angle, you can never hit your target. While a sniper is good at shooting, she is better at knowing from where to shoot. When you speak from the right place, you hit your target. When you write from the right place, your story, your article or book will spread its wings and fly.

Ask yourself this question; "From where do I speak?"

Are you communicating with your audience from behind a wall called "professionalism" behind a curtain called "reputation" or behind the worst place of all, "deception?"

Few of us would be bold enough to call ourselves a deceiver, but unfortunately, many of us are just that. No, I am not speaking of deceiving others because of ill-will or lack of character. I am talking about deceiving yourself.

Self-deception comes in many forms. We have shown the plastic side of us so long that many believe the public wouldn't like our authentic self. The irony is, we praise others who show their real self, but then we tell ourselves the same would never work for us. Deception. Deception. Self-deception I tell you!
