Wrapping up September 2024: Beyond Lithium's Significant Exploration Progress

Dear Beyond Lithium Community,

Welcome to our September 2024 newsletter! We're excited to share a comprehensive update on our recent exploration activities and provide insights into the promising developments across our key lithium projects in Ontario.

We are very pleased to announce that we have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with our property optionors to amend the terms of our agreements. This highlights our commitment to building strong, collaborative partnerships, which is particularly valuable in the current subdued environment for junior Canadian lithium explorers. Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that we are currently undertaking a unit offering with the goal of raising up to $500,000. This strategic financing will further strengthen our financial position and allow us to continue advancing our exploration programs efficiently.

Our 2024 exploration program, which commenced in April, has been very active.  We've collected 380 grab samples across our four primary projects: Cosgrave, Ear Falls, Victory, and Wisa. Assays are pending for 25% of these samples. In addition, we've completed biogeochemical surveys at Ear Falls and Victory, with the Victory results already in hand and the Ear Falls assays pending.  This data will be instrumental in guiding our next exploration steps.

At Ear Falls, we've confirmed spodumene as the dominant lithium-bearing mineral, with analysis indicating excellent liberation potential exceeding 96%. This supports the viability of recovering and extracting spodumene from this project. The 2024 field program has also extended the known trend of the Wenasaga North Zone, highlighting the potential for expanding this mineralized system. We eagerly await the results of the biogeochemical survey and assay results from channel sampling at the Sandy Creek Beryl West Zone, which will help us identify additional targets and refine our exploration strategy.

Channel sampling at Cosgrave has confirmed lithium mineralization, with a notable intercept returning 0.62% Li₂O over 1.00 meter within a wider interval of 0.23% Li₂O over 6.90 meters. This confirms the presence of high-grade lithium mineralization within a broader zone. The pegmatite exhibits characteristics of high fractionation, suggesting the potential for further discoveries. XRD work is in progress to help identify the specific lithium minerals present. We have also submitted an exploration plan for a stripping program to further expose the lithium-bearing pegmatite.

At the Victory Project, the LiDAR survey has effectively delineated a larger footprint of the Last Resort and the Bounty Gold spodumene-bearing pegmatites. We have also identified two distinct generations of pegmatites, which will help optimize our exploration targeting. Furthermore, we've identified a larger footprint of the Medicine Lake pluton based on field mapping, the LiDAR survey, and an airborne magnetic survey. The Medicine Lake pluton is interpreted as the fluid source of the pegmatites and the lithium mineralization in the area. The biogeochemical tree bark survey has proven to be an efficient tool for detecting buried lithium mineralization, even in areas with no surface expression. We are optimistic that this technique will lead to new discoveries as we explore the potential of the Victory project.

We are incredibly enthusiastic about the progress we are making across our portfolio of lithium projects. The upcoming assay results and ongoing analysis and surveys will be critical in refining our exploration strategies and maximizing the potential of our Ontario properties.

Thank you for your continued support. We encourage you to stay informed about our progress by following us on social media and subscribing to our newsletter. We are committed to keeping you informed as we advance these exciting lithium projects.

Warm regards,

Allan Frame
