Write Right, Right?

You've got a first-class product or service, right?

You've got a plethora of satisfied clients/customers eager to recommend you.

Your business is on a roll – you've got a value proposition second to none, you've got your “t”s dotted and your “i”s crossed and everything, from the accountant's attitude to the cleaners' cuticles, is tickety-boo.

But your literature – oh, your literature!

"...you wouldn't have your ambassadors, receptionists and salesmen going out into the world, on your behalf, dressed in a mediaeval mud-wrestler's last resort..."

Your website is littered with spelling, punctuation and syntax faux pas, and your sales letters could easily be mistaken for those endearing little missives entitling you to half the fortune of some Nigerian Prince or unfortunate Togolese oil worker who came to a sticky end and left you a legacy, even though you've never heard of him.

See the problem?

I jest, obviously - you're probably quite cogent and well presented in that clarity. But in today's world of electronic this and social media that, your words are your ambassadors, your receptionists, your salesmen in the field. Now, you wouldn't have your ambassadors, receptionists and salesmen going out into the world, on your behalf, dressed in a mediaeval mud-wrestler's last resort – no, even a speck of dandruff on their Oswald Boateng would never do – so why should you accept anything other than excellence in your written presentations?

"...your prospect will be able to see his face in it and, thus reflected, he is more likely to see himself partaking of and finding the best value in your offering."

You shouldn't! That's why you need a first-class editor. That's why you need me.

I write sharp, witty, precise and engaging copy that will keep your audience alert. Quite apart from anything else, I will make sure that anything you put out is polished such that your prospect will be able to see his face in it and, thus reflected, he is more likely to see himself partaking of and finding the best value in your offering.

So what are you waiting for? Set me to work on your copy and everyone's a winner.
