Are YOU AND YOUR WORKERS Burnt / Burning Out?

Well if you or they are, you or they are part of 21% of the Worlds population that is!

Yep, 21%! Take a look at your own sickness record! Take a look at the absence record of your workforce! Armed with data 10% Burnt Out is credible right! A Further 11% well on their way to Burning Out is equally credible. And the stats don't lie these figures are from the Global Burnout Beater State of the Nation Assessment!

But are you going to do anything about it? Is it just something you accept? Are you going to overlook the personal and business impacts and risks? Well good luck if you don't prioritise this and good luck experiencing, or, explaining the hit on absence, attrition, performance, productivity, errors, accidents, employment tribunals, and in the extreme; criminal proceedings!

Why such strong language? Well I've been promoting a more relaxed message for years now yet I still see so many people and organisations having difficulty when they don't need to, so I'm hoping a stronger message might get more to stand to attention and fix the biggest but most avoidable crisis affecting ourselves, our loved ones, our colleagues and our organisations.
