You can't see things which keeps you going

For me Hindustani classical Music is the biggest factor which starts my day so well. It’s the love of my life. I love it all kind of instrumental and vocal music in classical form. Like I start my day with lovely morning raga on flute by Pt.Hariprasad Chaurasia or Sitar by Pt.Ravi Shankar I honestly don’t know how else to express what it means to me, other than saying: Music saved my life in infinite ways and will continue to do so. Rachmaninoff once said, “Music is enough for a lifetime, but a lifetime is not enough for music”

Then there are my loved ones at home. My friends and family are the driving force in my life. They give me strength, hope and courage. The few rare moments of pure, unparalleled tranquility. No particular time or reason as to when and why they come about, but when they do, you feel as though you’re unimaginably lucky to be alive. Light comedy Films, animation, cartoons, TV shows, books, sports, art. All other kinds of entertainment that I’m passionate about, basically. After all, I will have lived a thousand lives before I die, because of all these stories that I’ve read/seen/heard, etc.

The opportunity and ability to learn new and interesting things. Whether it be about the universe, other people, or even myself. Discovering new things is just one more aspect of life that keeps me going! I thirst for success in my professional life. I am in continual process of improving myself and taste the sweet success which is achieved by all the sweat and blood!! Travelling. Job fills your pocket, but travelling fills your soul. Exploring beauty of nature, new places, new culture are the things make me feel alive in this busy world!!

Helping people in need is the best thing that keeps me going. I can help people, I can make positive difference in some lives; there are people who need me, appreciate my help, who are better off with me in their life than without me. That includes “random people on the internet” - even by answering questions like this, hopefully. Sometimes family and friends feel that I am going out of my way to help people in distress. Ability to innovate and create useful and nice little things which make my or someone’s life better.

Learning: I love to learn new things every day. Life is not dull. I can never know everything. That makes even more of a challenge, I can still go for as much as possible. I want to know stuff. I want to know how to do stuff. Why should I stop learning things? I should not. And while I am alive, I may as well do my best to stay alive for the sake of learning things. Passion: I have things I love to do. I have hobbies. There are things that make me excited, and I look forward to those things. I would miss that if I would quit life.

Things I make in lab (“at work”), food (meals probably no-one has made before), household “hacks”, art, etc. Curiosity to see what will happen, how the world is changing. Surprises - You see, life is full of surprises. Every day there is a new one. Sometimes in form of people you meet, you get to know, sometimes its a new song, sometimes its some deep meaning quote, sometimes its a unexpected compliment, someday a new discovery about oneself. And who doesn't love surprises.

And the last is of course love for life. There are so many unfortunate souls who got killed before they can be brought to the world, and there are people who died at young age for unavoidable circumstances. I’m grateful that I am alive, and I shouldn't waste the opportunity God gave me. Life is hard, but we should feel happiness, sorrows, pain, love, betrayal everything. After all, Life is a beautiful journey till the death hugs you finally!! Cheers!
