If you fight for your limitations you get to keep them

If you fight for your limitations you get to keep them

Something I did a lot over the Christmas holidays was watch movies,

A lot of them!

It's something I do with the family every year, and it's become somewhat of a Christmas tradition,

Anyway...

Sometime between Christmas and New Year, I was watching a particular movie called the "The Internship" staring Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson.

It's about two guys who get an internship at Google and have to prove themselves to be better than all the other interns to get the job at the end.

It wasn't an amazing film, but worth a watch all the same.

Anyway, there was one particular quote in the movie stands out to me -

"If you fight for your limitations you get to keep them ..."

― Billy McMahon (Vince Vaughn)

One of the main characters, Billy McMahon is trying to sell Google advertising to a prospect and the prospect is telling him why it won't work for his business.

He's arguing for his limitations...

This is something I see Recruitment and Search Firm Owners do all the time.

You'll show them a proven marketing strategy or idea that's has worked for someone else in their industry and without even trying it, they'll tell you a big list of reasons why it won't work in their business.

You'll tell them to increase their prices and without even testing a price increase, they'll give you a list of reasons why their clients certainly won't pay a higher fee.

You'll tell them to only work with clients they enjoy working with, and they'll give you a list of reasons why they can't do it.

It's something we all do or have done at one time or another.

But all it does is hold you back and stop you from ever achieving anything bigger than what you've currently got.

If you argue for your limitations, you get to keep to them!

That's why you'll need to have an open mind before you even think about applying to join my 'Recruitment Marketing Elite' Mastermind Group. In order for you to get results in your Recruitment or Search business, you're probably going to have to think and act differently. If you're not willing to do that, don't bother applying because you'll just be wasting my time and your money.

But if you are ready to start thinking outside the box and actually implement the PROVEN strategies me and the other members of the group will share with you, click the link below and see if you qualify.
