Are you paralyzed by fear? 😱 

Are you worried about your future? Your job? Your business? Your family? Your wellbeing? The entire economic situation? The world?

I have a secret-not so secret weapon 🔫 that helped me and it might help you too. Just 3 simple steps to not let fear control your daily life. Here we go:

STEP 1. 🔮 VISUALIZE YOUR BRIGHT FUTURE.

Not 2 or 3 months. Not 1 year. Not even 5 years. Visualize your life 10 years from now. 

Yes, you got it right. That's quite a long time!

This means DREAMING BIG. Allow yourself to dream big. Get rid of your perception of what’s possible and what’s not for you. Get rid of all your limiting beliefs. Imagine that in 10 years you will live the life of your dreams. Because you know what? 10 years is a long enough time to achieve EVERYTHING that you desire! EVERYTHING!

So allow yourself to TRULY-DREAM-BIG.

Once you’ve done that - your mind will open for opportunities. Your mind will see possibilities in your every day life. It will look beyond the fear and uncertainty.

STEP 2. 🗓 REMIND YOURSELF OF THIS VISION. DAILY!

Visualize your big dream every day to know why you are doing what you’re doing. To remind yourself of the reason behind it all, behind every single task you do, decision you make.

It is easy to slip into ruminating about what future might look like. Creating negative scenarios in our heads. But I can tell you one thing - nothing is more powerful than the right perspective in times like this! Keeping yourself in a negative spiral is very dangerous. It takes away the fun, the joy, the happiness. You are no longer productive, nor creative. It is just not working.

By envisioning your BIG DREAM every single day, you will bypass that negativity. This will take away your attention from fear and short-term thinking and refocus towards success, long-term thinking as well as solution-based action.

STEP 3. 🚴‍♀️TAKE MINDFUL & PROACTIVE ACTION.

Sitting around is not gonna help. So get going. Get doing. But do it mindfully with your big dream in the back of your head!

Take little or big action steps every day (taking proper rest and time off is a part of it!). Step by step. With compassion and patience. It might not always be easy, but knowing your vision will help you take action even in those difficult times. You will become resourceful and creative. You will feel abundant and full of energy.

This will empower you and there will no longer be time and space for fear.

Bye bye, fear. Hello, opportunities!
