Are you ready to change gears and lift your Executive Edge?

Are you ready to change gears and lift your Executive Edge?

I love the saying "The more you know, the more you realise how much you don't know". As you develop, you become more aware of the vastness of what is yet to be understood. It's a reminder that true growth often involves recognising the limits of our own knowledge.

It starts with YOU!

The leap from leader to executive is huge! Are you making that transition now?

Or perhaps you’re an established executive who’s just trying to figure out what’s next?

To be the most effective, successful executive leader, it must start with you.

This is my first LinkedIn newsletter. If you’d like to receive occasional insights from me, I’ll be sharing tips, tools and frameworks to help you develop your Executive Edge through exploring your Executive Relevance, Presence and Essence.

Relevance

Through your insights and actions, having executive relevance means have a meaningful and timely impact on your organisational success, on market dynamics, on industry innovation.

Presence

Your presence is how you’re perceived by others, especially in high-pressured environments or situations. It’s how you present yourself, influence and inspire others, and lead a room.

Essence

Your essence reflects your intrinsic qualities and values. It’s your inner compass that drives decisions, behaviours and how you lead others.

From aspiration to success

How would you like to take your Executive Edge to the next level? I’ll help you to learn what it truly means to become the executive you aspire to be, by exploring how you can move from aspiration to success.

“Working with Mary is both fun and very powerful. She has an inspiring natural style that makes you want to lean in, learn and evolve yourself to the next level. Working with Mary is a powerfully aligned paradox: the learnings are simple yet require deep reflection and consideration; it is exhausting and yet totally energising; it opens your eyes to the possibilities on the horizon and makes it clear for you to focus on what is essential for you.”

Liz Webb, CEO, EMM Consulting

I'd love to help you gain an Executive Edge. Call me, email me, message me on LinkedIn, or through my website. We can have a chat about what's exciting you, what's next for you and what may be holding you back. Let's chat!
