Are you the reason your business isn’t growing?

If your reason for being in business today, is not the same reason as when you started your business, you could be what is stopping it growing.

In essence, processes within a business are created over time by filtering out what works and does not work based on why the business exists. In managing people or themselves to this process, it ensures that the process produces what they are wanting.

However, if you originally got into business because you wanted to “be the person who is the finance expert among your friends and family”, but now you want a “business that is the local hub for financial advice in your community” – your current processes will never deliver that outcome.

A new vision for your business demands a new process – and it may be a process that is less reliant on you! Perhaps it’s time for you to get out of the way of your business growing.
