People buy your messaging rather than your features and benefits.

I want to share something with you that most business coaches will not tell you, but I want you to know because it makes a big difference in how you show up. Here it goes...

Your contracting business will change overnight when you understand the difference between intrinsic and perceived value. 

Read that again. 

Intrinsic Value: This is experienced after the project is complete

Perceived Value: You must “sell" the transformation. This is what the prospect gets BEFORE they make the purchase.

So many builders fall into the trap of selling their experience, processes, safety, cleanliness, and build-team size.

Your prospect does not care about any of that. They want to know that you can get them to their destination as soon as possible.

Sell the transformation, and your business will change overnight.
