Are You walking With Jesus?

Are You walking With Jesus?

Turning Back Or Walking With Jesus?                                                               March 9                                                                                                                Article 216 of  daily series.                                                                                               "Do you also want to go away?" (John 6:67).

"What a penetrating question! Our Lord's words often hit home for us when He speaks in the simplest way. In spite of the fact that we know who Jesus is, He asks, "Do you also want to go away?" We must continually maintain an adventurous attitude toward Him, despite any potential personal risk."

"From that time many of His disciples went back and walked with Him no more" (John 6:66). They turned back from walking with Jesus, not into sin, but away from Him. One thing God constantly requires of us is a oneness with Jesus Christ. After being set apart through sanctification, we should discipline our lives spiritually to maintain this intimate oneness with Jesus Christ. When God gives you a clear determination of His will for you, all your striving to maintain that relationship by some particular method is completely unnecessary. All that is required is to live a natural life of absolute dependence on Jesus Christ. Never try to live your life with God in any other way than His way. And His way means absolute devotion to Him. Showing no concern for the uncertainties that lie ahead is the secret of walking with Jesus."

"Peter saw in Jesus only someone who could minister salvation to him and to the world. But our Lord wants us to be fellow laborers with Him."

"In verse 70 Jesus lovingly reminded Peter that he was chosen to go with Him. And each of us must answer this question for ourselves and no one else: "Do you also want to go away?"

Walk with Jesus here on earth and then you can go away with Him to the place and the banquet He has prepared for you when you die.

I surrender all, I surrender all.

Nothing can separate us from the love of God which is the source of our abundant joy. Draw upon Him to take the next step. Are you really feeding His sheep? You are not your own, you were bought with a price.

Pour yourself out by feeding the Lord's sheep. Lord Almighty ask us the painful questions that will wake us up to the fact that we do indeed love you beyond what we realize and beyond what we can express with words to You.

Lord pierce our natural and spiritual being with Your truth. Ask for the impossible. Walk in the light of the resurrection life of Jesus. When your heart is troubled look to Jesus for comfort. Admit that you have doubts and misgivings about Jesus because it is your human nature to do so.

Become broken bread and poured-out wine for others. Fall in love with Jesus! Serve others for Jesus' sake. "Continue to persevere spiritually."

Be of value to God not just of use. Never let the sense of past failure defeat your next step. Do something for God if you love Him! Follow Jesus' example and wash others' feet. Arise and obey. Take the initiative and God will give you power.

Serve others as God shows their needs to you. Once You hear God be delighted and soft of heart as you listen for Him again and again. Listen for and to God. Keep your focus on God. Open your eyes to see God in all His glory and majesty. Be exhausted for God. Ask God to sanctify you completely.

Don't feel dejected spiritually. Ask God to pour you out as a sacrifice for the faith of others and God will fulfill your dreams. The love of Christ compels us to proclaim the gospel. Let God reveal His Son in you. Answer the call of God to proclaim the Gospel of God to others. Share the Gospel of God with others. Keep God's direct message to you between you and God unless He tells you to share with others. Keep me from persecuting You Jesus and have thine on way Lord. Don't worry about tomorrow, focus on God. Look, talk, and listen to God every day. Live every moment expecting to have God show up when it pleases Him. "For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified" (1 Corinthians 2:2).

Let others see Jesus in you. Salvation is yours the moment you look to God. Be born of the Spirit to stay spiritually fresh. Remember what God has taught you in the past. Be born of the Spirit to stay spiritually fresh. Wait on the Lord and listen. Devote yourself without restraint to the Lord Jesus. Go and preach like Paul to everyone you encounter wherever you are. Be ready to hear the call of God when it comes. Walk in newness of life. Teach me thy ways O Holy Spirit, breathe on me. Meditate on the great truths of God. Make your life a living sacrifice to Jesus. Get to know Jesus as your personal friend. Balance worship, waiting and work every day. Receive the Holy Spirit. Wait on God. Know yourself. Then follow Him.

Listen to the Words of Jesus to get to God. Let God guide you. Surrender your will to Jesus. Yesterday, today, tomorrow, always walk with Him. Let God rule you spiritually. Walk with God. Be crucified with Christ. Surrender To God And be Transformed. Base your faith only on God's revealed truth. Expose sin and reveal Jesus Christ as Savior. Let God use you as He used Jesus while He was on earth.

Ask for redemption and it will be given to you. Living the Great Life loving Jesus, the sweetest name I know, transforms you and me. Deny yourself to grow spiritually. Discipline yourself physically, morally, and mentally and God will fulfill all His promises. Atonement at Calvary makes unholy people holy. Repent today. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. Seek holiness to balance between your nature and the law of God. Give your sanctified life to God for His service. Let God get you to the place He can use you.

The only way to get right with God is to accept and believe that Jesus Christ was crucified to atone for our sins. Lord, we need to be humble and submissive to Your will. Be ready to have the Spirit of Truth make things of the Father known to you through Jesus. Become destitute and consecrate yourself. Keep your eyes on our Lord Jesus. Guard your Christian state of mind and take care of your spirit. Be real and not a fraud. Jesus finished the work God sent Him to earth to complete.

He redeemed us. God's cost to forgive us was Christ on the Cross. Convict me of my sin and change my nature to the nature of Jesus. There is power in the name of Jesus so claim it. Understand the real nature of God through obedience. Give God the glory as He breaks me then pours me out as He guides me to Himself in divine faith and reveals His plans for me. May I glorify Your name, Jesus Christ. Holy Spirit fall on me, Your temple, and pray for me. God, I believe this, that you will strengthen me as You draw me near to Your presence, God, through Jesus Your Son and make me your servant and crucify me with You and if I am obedient then have Christ formed in me.

"IT IS FINISHED! SO SEND I YOU. GO THEREFORE AND MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL THE NATIONS" WHEREVER GOD PLACES YOU.

May nothing of your old life remain as you simply trust in Him even without His blessings as He gives you the witness of the Spirit, be saved and sanctified, then soaked in the truths of God, connected to God, and take orders from Jesus is my prayer for you and that the Lord will send you out as His laborer into the harvest after you know that "the Lamb of God takes away the sin of the world!" And also know clearly what your "promised land" like Moses' task was or "Nineveh" like Jonah's task was and then to get into stride with God and keep pace with Him. Also that you will hear God's silence, believe and come to Jesus, allow Him to redeem you, after which you will receive the Holy Spirit. As you obey and respond to the Holy Spirit the Holy Spirit will start revealing truths to you like the layers of an onion.

And as you know more you will focus on the atonement on the Cross where Christ covered our sin. Once you see the light if you are obedient to the Call and Word of God through the Holy Spirit, that you will start going and never stop following and serving Him, and that you will walk with Him in the valleys and on the mountaintops of your life, through faith mounting up with wings like eagles to become the vision God sees in you, and serve Him by way of Jerusalem."

". . . there they crucified Him . . ." (Luke 23:33). That is what happened when our Lord reached Jerusalem, and that event is the doorway to your salvation. The saints, however, do not end in crucifixion; by the Lord's grace they end in glory. In the meantime our watchword should be summed up by each of us saying, "I too go 'up to Jerusalem' " and follow Jesus.

"Beware lest you forget God's purpose for your life." . . . to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever . . ."

Pray this prayer to be washed in the blood of the Lamb of God, Jesus, and have everlasting life in heaven.  “Lord Jesus,  I know I am a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe you died for my sins and rose from the dead.  I trust and follow you as my Lord and Savior.  Guide my life and help me to do your will.  In Your name, Amen."

I pray that you will be Washed in His Blood, Follow Him, Walk with Him, Glorify Him, and let Him lead you as you serve Him for eternity because He is The Way, The Truth, and The Life.

”After making your decision to receive Christ, you are encouraged to prayerfully seek a local church, congregation, or assembly that will assist you in growing as a new Christian by the clear teaching of the Bible.
