You Work Life! 2024 Highlights – A Look Back at a Successful Year

The year 2024 was filled with achievements, progress, and valuable partnerships. At You Work Life! – Bridging Opportunities, Transforming Futures , we reflect on outstanding milestones and eagerly look toward the future.

🏆 1. Awards and Recognition

We are proud to have won 3rd place in the International Projects category at the Constantinus Award – Austria's most prestigious recognition for business consulting and IT projects. Additionally, we were ranked among the Top 6 Projects at Austrian's State Award for Consulting 2024 – a testament to our growing impact and unwavering commitment.

And as if that wasn’t enough, our founders, Eduardo Vidolin and Georg Klausner , contributed to the book “Fachkräftemangel und Maßnahmen-Champions”. This valuable chapter provides insights into the integration of Brazilian talent into the European job market.

🌐 2. Recruitment and Talent

• 81 talents successfully placed this year!
• Our network now spans 16 countries, enabling us to strategically integrate international professionals into the European workforce.
• A highlight was our family reunification success: One family visa was completed and seven more were in progress, including four children. This reflects our commitment to sustainable, long-term solutions.

📈 3. Digital Efficiency

2024 was a year of streamlined processes and digital success:

• 55,799 emails processed
• 490 online meetings conducted
• Our website reached a record-breaking 104,000 visits as we expanded into new regions.
• We used zero paper this year – our contribution to efficiency, sustainability, and achieving UN SDG Goal 8.

🤝 4. Social Responsibility and Impact

Through our partnership with Resgatando Vidas, we supported a meaningful project in Paraná, Brazil, dedicated to assisting families and children in need. We are proud to contribute to this initiative and make a real impact.

🎤 5. Events and Media Presence

Our expertise as HR professionals was showcased at international events such as the Economic Mission in São Paulo, the HR Inside Summit, and the Art of Recruiting. Here, we shared best practices and insights on recruiting talent from third countries to build diverse teams.

The media also featured us prominently:

• Appearances on ORF II and ARD , along with a feature in Die Presse , highlighted our role in combating the skilled labor shortage in Austria.
