Are You a Workaholic? Help is Here Now!
I didn’t think I was a workaholic, but the more I reflect on it, the more I realize that I probably am.
Working has always been my way of staying busy, contributing to something meaningful, but it’s also been a way to avoid some of the feelings I’ve tucked away over the years.
Whether dealing with divorce, illness, tragic loss - staying busy has been my way of coping, and I didn't fully realize it until now.
I recently had the opportunity to sit down with my friend Jan Murray for her Recovering Workaholic Summit, and we had a very deep conversation about how many of us use work to avoid feeling—to bypass our own healing processes.
I invite you to join Jan, myself, and 22 other experts at the Recovering Workaholic Summit.
Together, we’ll explore how to move beyond the workaholic mindset and embrace a life of peace, ease, and serenity.
We all offer gifts for you too.
