Interview with Viktor, Younium's Product Manager

Can you give us an overview of the key developments at Younium during H1?

  • Younium Quotes: We have made significant enhancements to our quoting system. Specifically, we focused on improving the user experience and making generating and managing quotes more intuitive and efficient for our users.
  • Information Security: We have successfully obtained our SOC 2 Type 1 certification, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining the highest information security standards. We are currently undergoing an audit for SOC 2 Type 2 certification, which will further validate our security practices. Additionally, we have implemented a new authentication platform that provides higher security levels. This platform supports multi-factor authentication and single sign-on, ensuring our user's data is protected with advanced security measures.
  • Invoice Reminders & Collections: We have revised the logic governing our invoice reminder system. The new logic determines more precisely when reminders should be sent out, ensuring timely notifications. Improvements have been made to include all due invoices in the reminder flows, enhancing the efficiency and comprehensiveness of our reminders. Our ongoing collaboration with collections companies has been strengthened to streamline the collections process and improve recovery rates.

  • Integrations and Connectors: We have continued to refine and enhance all our existing connectors, ensuring they meet our users' evolving needs. Notably, we have made significant improvements to our HubSpot connector. These enhancements are designed to better support companies in their growth efforts, making it easier to integrate and leverage HubSpot's capabilities within our platform.

What were the most significant updates or new features introduced in our subscription management software in H1?

Sneak a peek at the superpowers of Younium's next-gen Insights tool! Get ready for advanced analytics and seamless data management in H2, designed to empower your business decisions like never before.

We have dedicated significant time and effort to developing two pivotal components set to be released in the second half of the year. The first is our next-generation Insights tool, which will offer advanced analytics and reporting capabilities. This tool gives customers deeper, more actionable insights into their data, allowing them to make more informed business decisions.

The second component is our new data import and export tool. This user-friendly tool will empower customers to seamlessly import and export data from Younium independently without extensive technical knowledge. It aims to enhance data accessibility and flexibility, enabling users to manage their data with greater autonomy and efficiency.

These enhancements reflect our commitment to continuously improving our platform to serve our customers' evolving needs better.

How have these new features improved the user experience for our customers?

We're focused on reviewing different parts of our application to improve processes. We've made a lot of small changes that, together, will make a big difference in our customers' workflows. We're especially excited about the strides we've made with automation. These updates will save our users a lot of time and effort, and help ensure they never miss an opportunity to invoice their customers.

Are there any exciting features or improvements planned for H2 that you can give us a sneak peek into?

As mentioned earlier, we're eagerly anticipating the opportunity to provide our customers with our enhanced insights. It's a much-improved infrastructure with better KPIs and solutions. We believe that once this initiative takes off, Younium will offer the most comprehensive SaaS insights and KPIs on the market.

Could you share with our readers your top pic for 1) a podcast, 2) a Netflix series, 3) a meme that has inspired or entertained you recently, and lastly 4) where to learn more about Younium?

  • Podcast: Sure! I love "One Song"! It blows my mind the creativity of all the composers and artists that have created these Iconic songs. Whenever I look for inspiration and good entertainment I pop that on.
  • Netflix series: Im a big sucker for "Stranger Things", the whole 80s flirt is amazing, a lot of things that you don’t fully understand etc. I like that. If it's OK to recommend something that is not on Netflix I also liked the "Wheel of Time" series on Amazon.
