In a nutshell, here’s entrepreneurship 101:

  • Find a market with a burning need to be filled.
  • Fill it.

That’s it.

If you wanna take it to an even higher level, then here’s entrepreneurship 501:

  • Make it a blue ocean strategy

What is a blue ocean strategy?

It’s a market where there’s massive demand

… but little competition.

This is different from a red ocean strategy which is a crowded cutthroat environment of bloody competition.

If you are just starting in real estate, then wholesaling is a red ocean strategy.

Fix and Flip is also a red ocean strategy.

Both are very crowded marketplaces.

There are millions of Wholesalers and Fix & Flippers.

Competition is stiff.

Opportunities are only briefly available before they’re snapped up by someone quicker, slicker and sharper than you.

That’s tough.

So what’s a blue ocean strategy in real estate?

With so many people investing in that space, is there such a thing as a real estate blue ocean strategy?

Great question.

The answer is a big fat YES!

In fact there’s one particular strategy that is in such high demand…

…that people are PAYING for books, seminars and even $25k mentorships that show how to FIND people working this strategy.

Imagine that!

Imagine being so in demand that people will pay $25k to find you!

Now THAT is a blue ocean strategy.

What am I talking about?

It’s being a private money lender.

Go on YouTube and you’ll see a ton of videos teaching people how to raise private capital for their real estate deals.

The demand is HUGE…

…but there are so few people providing that service.

So if you’ve got capital, you’re quids in (as my British friends would say!)

But do you need capital to get started as a private money lender?

You’ll probably be surprised when I tell you “No you don’t”!

Uh?

So where does the money come from then?

Well of course you’ll eventually need funds, but not when you get started.

Here’s how that is possible.
