🚀 Elai Feature Focus

Did you know that student engagement with in-video questions is consistently higher than without? While creating explanatory videos provides essential information, interactive elements enhance the learning experience. At Elai, we're committed to making learning content interactive.

Our first feature highlight is the direct embedding of quizzes into videos, which can later be exported in SCORM format for use in your LMS, allowing you to track results effectively.

🛠️ Resource of the Month

We're excited to share a collection of Free Templates in FigJam designed to streamline your L&D initiatives. This month, we present the Retrospective Template, crafted to structure meetings focused on Learning Design planning.

Retrospectives are valuable for L&D teams as they reflect on, improve, and optimize their learning experiences. Originally inspired by Agile project management, this practice is now widely adopted by teams aiming to assess the effectiveness of their strategies and methodologies. In the context of L&D, retrospectives can identify necessary changes to better align learning initiatives with the needs of learners and organizations.

🧘Mindfulness Moment: Desk Sitting Meditation

Feeling stressed at your desk? Set a timer for 5 minutes and try this quick sitting meditation to release tension and refocus:

  1. Get Comfortable: Sit in your chair with your feet flat on the floor and hands resting on your legs. Close your eyes.
  2. Focus on Your Breath: Inhale deeply through your nose, letting your abdomen expand. Hold briefly, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat for a few breaths.
  3. Be Present: Acknowledge any wandering thoughts without judgment, then gently return your focus to your breath.
  4. Return Mindfully: When your timer goes off, notice how you feel before returning to your tasks.

This simple meditation can help reduce stress and promote a sense of calm throughout your day.
