Your New Sweatpants Are Waiting! The Hottest Styles for 2024.
Here they are!

Your New Sweatpants Are Waiting! The Hottest Styles for 2024.

It's just like hip hop star Flo Rida predicted, lo, these many years ago, in his hit song of 2008. You may know the one I'm talking about. Famous lyrics being

"Those baggy sweatpants, and the Reeboks with the straps. . . "

Okay, don't worry about the Reeboks for a minute.

Let's talk about those baggy sweatpants.

See, your business brand, your offer of help, starts out like a NEW pair of real-world sweatpants, where the waistband is nice and snug.

Your real life sweatpants' waistband stretches out over time, as you wear them more, or as you eat more boxes of Toasted Cheez-its (my favorite).

The metaphorical sweatpants of your brand (your offer) stretch out as MILLIONS of more experts step into YOUR space, your specialization, and all of a sudden your offer of help is indistinguishable from many, many others.

For example: at one time, several years ago, being a digital marketing expert who specialized in working with women-owned businesses was TIGHT.

Now, there's a lot of competition in that arena.

Too many gosh darn people in YOUR sweatpants, is what I'm saying.

A columnist for a major business media company told me recently that as many as 50K NEW experts (coaches, consultants, service providers) are starting businesses each week - and this is in English speaking countries.

Do the math. If this is true, this means that 2.5 MILLION new experts are competing with you each year.

If this is true, it means that in the past 4 years, 10 MILLION new experts might now have YOUR target client in THEIR crosshairs.

Let's not even get into The AI Factor, which means that each one of the aforementioned 10M experts can now churn out content (some of it pretty damn good)100s of times faster.

The point is this: a brand offer that was perfectly "tight" for 2020 may not be tight - at all - for 2024.

So. . . what can we do?

In my humble opinion, while there are several ways to manage this, there's one particular way that's the simplest and fastest.

It's no longer a matter of "standing out."It's now a matter of "snuggling in" with a better, more lucrative, more specific target client.

And letting this person know: I CHOOSE YOU!!!

Here I am! Choosing You!

So, if you're a $250K-$2.5M B2B Strategy or Business Consultant. . .

I CHOOSE YOU!

Let me know if you want some feedback and recommendations regarding your Supertight niche for 2024. You can use the link below to sign up for a "LinkedIn Profile Audit" (which is really a brand, business offer, and messaging audit!)

I will never pitch you.

I will never bait and switch.

You don't have to hear any stupid crap about my offers.

Unless you ask.

There is nothing, nothing in the world I love so much as the chance to help you create a SUPERTIGHT niche that outperforms 99% of the competition. And by "outperforms," I'm talking about both business revenue AND the fun you'll have when everyone is seeking YOU out.

Let's get you a new pair of Sweatpants - ones that are fresh and fit for 2024.

If you are that digital marketing expert who's working with women-owned businesses, for example, you might want to create a LinkedIn campaign that focuses on women-owned law firms of 5-20 employees.

You can do this on LinkedIn, and TEST THIS AUDIENCE, without running around and changing all your other marketing immediately - until you see data on your response and results.

All righty. That was my battle cry. I'm done now.

Whether or not I am YOUR best choice for new Sweatpants, let me ask you this:

What will you be doing/changing/experimenting with, in terms of fresh marketing or messaging or focus in 2024?

What trends are you noticing (in your target clients, in the problem you solve, in the way you articulate your message) that you might want to investigate?

Come visit me on Zoom and we'll take a look:

This is one of the most important concepts for independent consultants-- you will not expand your niche as you grow, you will focus it. And make more money with less stress and more meaning...
