Your Past is NOT You: Who are YOU?

Your PRESENT can't change for any good, until you keep holding onto PAST as You.

All your Successes, Failures, Moments, Memories, are all in the PAST

All your Limitations, Fears, Inhibitions, Insecurities, are all in the PAST

All your Hurt, Disappointments, Regret, Blame, Shame, Guilt, are all in the PAST

Unless you start seeing your Present through the lenses of the PAST, you can never be any of the Above.

YOU are NOT your PAST

But if you remove all the PAST from you, it will also take away your identity , won't it?

So What?

You are not even your Identity! (Or are you?)

Your PAST is yours, your Identity is yours, but none of if it is enough to be YOU

You create them, contain them, cherish them, get bored by them, get entangled into them, finally you destroy all of them too..

But then if you remove your PAST, including your Identity..

then WHO ARE YOU?
