🌳 Your Psychic Self 🌳

Any discussion of metaphysics, whether based in religion, spirituality, or philosophy, is incomplete without active development of psychic potential.

In fact, the sole value of metaphysical models is their ability to guide and facilitate psychic work.

Without this psychic work, metaphysics are simply stories, and these stories combat other stories within the collective, leading to tribalism and rigid thought.

With psychic work, our metaphysical models move past the trivial and into the practical, guiding us to access and refine our abilities with active practice, feedback, and exploration.

All human beings are psychic. Which is a skewed, human-centered way of saying that we are, in a very practical way, One.

We are not just bodies, but focal points of a single, unified field of consciousness. And, because of this, each Being has access to the entire field of knowledge.

And furthermore, we each have direct energetic contact with the entire frame of our experience, whether you would like to describe this frame as the universe, or creation, or the quantum field of information.

In working with our deeper nature, we begin to access many abilities which seem outré or fantastical.

These abilities include, but are not limited to:

• remote viewing, psychometry, and the intuitive arts,
• telepathy, empathy, and energetic communication between Beings (both incarnate and energetic),
• healing of oneself and others,
• creative manifestation of life conditions,
• directing the growth and function of the body and being,
• expanded and refined awareness,
• the ability to move, qualify, direct, and shape subtle energies, and
• a unique relationship with time and space that extends beyond physical limits.

Furthermore, each of these base skills can be refined and focused into full-fledged arts in themselves.

Every culture throughout human history has developed a framework to work with this deeper nature and the abilities which arise from it. Each culture offers a collection of stories to make work in these realms sensible.

When these frameworks are compared by those who are not engaging in inner work, they appear quite distinct from one another, and potentially irreconcilable.

However, for those actively engaged in psychic development, these frames offer a rich and nuanced collection of (equally valid) frames to guide and support this inner development.

Each frame supports the unique development of certain aspects of our total ability.

Thus the active worker can choose specific frames and forms of training from this repertoire to refine and master certain abilities and contextualize these abilities in specific ways.

In simple terms, one can learn the skills only of remote viewing, or only of energetic healing, or only of energetic communication, and access that specific aspect of their total ability.

However, in the modern era, we are blessed with a collection of these different frames and a comprehensive review of our inner abilities through the lens of multiple cultures.

It is possible, thus, to synthesize a form of training which allows the development of the full range of our inner abilities. Full access to the technology of consciousness.

That said, it is only through individual practice and application that these abilities are refined, cleared of distortions and mastered sufficiently to be both effective and accessible at will.

Furthermore, active work with the inner arts requires a more refined awareness of the function of mind, the connections between mind and body, the relationship between the conscious and subconscious functions, and the functional value of different states of consciousness.

All of this wisdom is available piecemeal through the great spiritual traditions of the world, though much of it is blended with the frame that various cultures have used to make these inner realms sensible.

Which means there’s loads of work to be done in cross-referencing and synthesizing these perspectives into a clear and comprehensive art.

We must demystify these practices to produce an inner science independent of the conceptual frame.

Or more accurately, we must anchor these practices and techniques in the context of lived experience, and approach them in a much more empirical and application-oriented manner.

This is the most important line of inquiry and trajectory of development available to us in the modern world.

Our explorations of these inner abilities have the potential to dramatically reframe our individual and collective experience.

In fact, there is no other endeavor with such potential to address the challenges of the modern era and help human beings step into a place of balance, meaning, and deep, personal connection, with themselves, one another, and the world.

This is a huge project, and one that cannot be completed by a single person or within a single lifetime.

In fact, this particular line of exploration has infinite potential, and we cannot know, before accessing this potential, how far it can go.

Should we choose to develop this track in a clear and solid manner, it will continue to build and grow through the generations and centuries to come.

Those of us who begin this work now cannot fully grasp the extent to which it can transform the human species and our relation to the world, to the universe, to ourselves and one another.

It is my dream to collaborate with others who find value in this vision of what is possible...

to collect and refine the various forms of training and the philosophies which facilitate these abilities, ...

and to create solid, reliable curriculums which help us to access and refine them.
