Your RE+ 24 Recap

The 20th anniversary year of RE+ was nothing short of extraordinary! With over 40,000 clean energy professionals coming together, RE+ 24 brought us endless moments of excitement. We strive to create a space for community connection, innovation and discovery, and clean energy advancement. Through the endless work from our exhibitors, community and industry partners, speakers, and contributing organizations, we have been able to establish a week dedicated to fostering growth and progress for clean energy for the past 20 years!

A vision for the future of clean energy

With over 1,350 exhibitors across 10 show floors, in the largest exhibit space at any RE+, we had an unprecedented space for engagement with the newest tech and cutting-edge solutions in the industry. Spanning the Anaheim Convention Center Halls A-E, ACC North Halls, Grand Plaza, Mariott Ballrooms, and the Mariott Outdoor Pavilion, the sheer magnitude of the industry today was nothing short of awe inspiring.

Connecting communities across the industry

We were thrilled to present a record number of partner-led events this year with 13 unique opportunities throughout the week. Our dedicated partners facilitated programs focusing on many of the corners of the industry. Through these diverse activities, workshops, and sessions, attendees were able to gain a unique perspective through deep dives into specialized topics. Whether it was sheep on the plaza with ASGA or the Hydrogen Grand Prix with Horizon Educational, the depth and strength of the industry was visible all week long!

The inclusive and collaborative nature of our industry was spotlighted during our affinity group gatherings throughout the week. By partnering with numerous clean energy organizations focused on equity and inclusion, we were able to host receptions and meet-ups to create a space for all members of the clean energy community.

New insights and objectives

The RE+ 24 education program boasted over 300 sessions covering the most pertinent topics in the industry. We heard from thought leaders, executives, and visionaries who brought discussions to life. From RE+ Today and the Master Speaker Series to RE+ Tech sessions to show floor theaters, the pursuit of knowledge and fresh ideas was present across the ACC & Campus.

Work hard, play hard

Throughout a week of work and progress within clean energy, we made sure to take time to reconnect and recharge through numerous networking events! As part of our 20-year anniversary celebration, we kicked off the week with our “Cheers to 20 Years” Anniversary Party at the House of Blues Anaheim. Featuring live performances from Ashley Cooke and Smash Mouth, the energy was at an all-time high leading into the week.

Then on Tuesday night, the highly anticipated Annual Block Party returned to Angel Stadium! Filled with good food, drinks, and colleagues, we had an incredible chance to explore the stadium, take in the sights, and hit a few baseballs along the way.

Whether it was the Run with the Sun 5k, the Annual Golf Tournament, Affinity Group Receptions, International Gatherings, or the Expo Hall Happy Hour, there was no shortage of moments filled with new connections, great conversation, and reflection on the incredible week at RE+ 24!

20 years in the making

RE+ 24 marked the 20th anniversary of this momentous event! Not only was this an important milestone for clean energy, but also for the greater progress towards a sustainable future around the world. We saw representation from over 100 countries around the world all seeking the tools, tactics, and solutions to strengthen clean energy and achieve a carbon- free future. There is still work to be done, but the progress made in the previous 20 years is truly astounding. Join us on the continued journey to continue renewing what’s possible!
