Your Retirement's Been Cancelled

Your Retirement's Been Cancelled

Revenge on the nerds.

One of the few benefits of age is the ability to see a “cycle” play out from start to finish.

Every age has its shiny object, accompanied by the conviction that this time is different. Disruption? Yeah, that’s us. Competition? No problem. Adoption? Don’t be negative. Gravity? Doesn’t apply. Capital call? What?

If you’ve been around, you learned your lesson like most of us. You bet, you were wrong, and you lost. And you never forgot that feeling.

There is great stuff happening and terrific capabilities waiting to play in financial services. We have been waiting for this moment.

In this month's newsletter, we zero in on the WHY we need to see in Word of the Year.

Then gear up your leadership for the environmental reality and Battling Goblin Mode.

Finally, let's be practical about the WHAT. We have a responsibility inside an opportunity. Your Retirement’s Been Cancelled.

Watch the video now.

Your Retirement's Been Cancelled But There's a Bus Leaving Tomorrow

The spectacular reputational suicide of Southwest Airlines is a very public example of what happens when you promise and don’t deliver – and a warning to the retirement advice industry, equally unprepared to ensure the safe retirement “arrival” of our best clients.
