ARE YOUR SAFETY SHOWERS COMPLIANT WITH AS/NZ 4775?

It has come to our attention that safety showers may connect to the raw water supply in some older mine sites. Raw Water is unlikely to conform with clause 4.10 of Australian Standard AS/NZ 4775 Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment. The flushing fluid for eyewash safety showers is defined in the Standard as: “Drinking water, preserved water, preserved buffered saline solution or other medically acceptable solution manufactured and labelled in accordance with applicable government regulations.”

If your mine site has a problem with the quality of water supplied to safety showers, we can help. We can provide a cost effective solution with our Safety Shower Recirculation Technology and our chilled water safety showers.
