You're Such A Tease!
Grrr! How many times have you clicked through to a Pricing page when you're checking out a new app that reads like it is something that could be really useful in solving a current problem sales, or marketing, or customer success, or operations, or all of the above is experiencing and ...
it shows the tiers with the included (and excluded) features for each tier. At the bottom of each section, you're directed to contact sales, schedule a demo, fill out a form. Sure, you can spend another 15 minutes Googling to find a review site that has that pricing. But, by that time, are you truly still interested? Or, did you find a competitor that looks "good enough" and actually publishes its pricing?
In such a competitive sales environment as we are in these days, transparency, trust, and respect are essential.
Some like to say buyers need to "know, like, and trust" you. I say buyers need to know and trust you first; then, they have a reason to like you!
Buyers, customers actually deal with sellers and companies they know, trust, and like.
Various studies tell us that people who visit your website to research and evaluate your product are already 60-70% of the way toward making a decision.
Why would anyone trust or respect you when you begin by lying? What have you got to hide? What might you be hiding besides pricing?
These are the questions lost prospects are asking themselves as they leave your site.

2yCouldn't agree more with this, Lydia. Great share.
Working on something new!
2yAgreed it's frustrating! At what point do you think companies should put the price wall in there?
