With my fractional role Scena we used Zoho years ago. Then we replaced it with a revolving door of CRMs that had some great features, but started to "nickel & dime" you for integrations an features. (Pipedrive?) Now we are back with ZOHO and love the new look and feel (React js) and yes the APIs are superb. It suits us now and we can grow into it. But, as I read the article I could see where there is not a one size fits all CRM. I was taught when I first started selling CRM software that, "The best CRM is one that you will use consistently"! Great post. 😎
