Zscaler Indian-Origin CXO Summit: Inaugural event traces success back to roots with an eye on giving back
The diaspora of business and technology talent from India and the new generations of leaders of Indian descent have powered innovations and winning models across the IT industry for decades.
To uncover how CXO Indian leaders create high-performance organizations and empower their teams to effectively combine technology breakthroughs, culture, and community, we’re hosting the Indian-Origin CXO Summit, a two-hour virtual event on Wednesday, June 2nd.
We’ll get inspired by pioneers like Rajesh Jha, who transformed the Microsoft application suite; Salim Ismail, an acclaimed innovator and author of Exponential Organizations; and Professor Jagdish Sheth, author of “The Global Rule of Three,” and the winner of the 2020 Padma Bhusan award, India’s third-highest civilian honor.
And we’ll explore how the nature of work is changing as cultural divides continue to weaken, geographical boundaries disappear, and secure, cloud-based business technology increasingly powers productivity and results from a globally connected and distributed workforce.
I’m personally looking forward to leading a session with Wilson Sonsini VC Partner Raj Judge and Sand Hill East CEO (and Zscaler board member) Andy Brown on how CIOs and CISOs can work together to align their transformation vision with the board of directors. Given how cybercrime has topped the news cycle in recent months, we’re seeing it at the top of the agenda for any discussion about digital transformation or business agility at the highest levels.
In addition to the sage advice and unique perspectives from our distinguished speakers, attendees can also benefit by:
- Building connections with the Indian-origin leadership community
- Learning leadership strategies for successful board engagement and skills for the business-and-tech-balanced future of IT
- Hearing from peers who have led successful digital transformation initiatives, elevating both their organizations and themselves
And if that weren’t enough, both opening and closing the event is Zscaler CEO Jay Chaudhry, who will set the stage with the cultural, technical, and leadership contributions the Indian tech community brings, providing insights into strategic principles that drive advantages and underscore success.
Then he’ll close the event with ways the Indian CXO community can give back, particularly in light of the devastating impact of COVID-19 across India. As part of our ongoing donation drive to the American India Foundation to help the country get through the crises, we’ll be matching event attendee contributions to the foundation dollar-for-dollar up to $50,000. We hope you can help us make a difference.
This live virtual conference is for CIOs, CDOs, CTOs/heads of infrastructure, and CISOs/heads of security who are of Indian origin and want to play an important role in driving the business of the new digital enterprise.
If that sounds like you, join me in strengthening our leadership and community.
