Summary: In 1994 I started my career with Kaiser Permanente. During that time I had extensive responsibilities including the training of other staff members. I went on to obtain my real estate license in 2005 with Keller Williams in order to create additional streams of income. In 2014 I partnered with my best friend to open a 3D/4D Ultrasound studio in Lancaster, CA. where the focus was to provide elective 3D/ 4D ultrasounds, childbirth classes, and other pediatric and maternity educational services to the community. In 2014 I invested in a Beverage Company which was a start-up company that brewed beer catered toward women. I later became a majority owner and eventually became COO and Investor Relations Director and assisted in the growth of the company. As COO my role includes securing contracts with tier 1 companies for product placement, brand and product onboarding, EFT set up and billing, company compliance, and ensuring the company has effective operational and financial procedures in place. I also manage relationships with partners and vendors to accomplish short and long-term operational goals, assists with company acquisitions, and is responsible for obtaining the company’s diversity certification. As Investor Relations Director, I work with PCAOB certified auditors to complete the SEC required audit for S1 prospectus filing, reviews investor regulatory filings, educates investors about the Company, tracks shareholder ownership, and responds to investor inquiries in person and over the phone. I also works on special projects including capital markets, corporate development, and has overseen the company’s series A and series B funding.
