After exploring careers in medical assisting and leadership roles at Starbucks, Lynae Carlin found their true passion: business communication. Through the Starbucks College Achievement Plan, Lynae enrolled in ASU Online, balancing work and studies with flexibility. “It was such a relief knowing I could take classes at my own pace while still working full-time,” they said.
