Join us for the CAREC Women’s Empowerment Online Platform (WEOP)’s Guest Speaker Series on Discovering Unconscious Gender Biases on 23 August 2024, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. (GMT+8). Maya Kobalia, Head of the Environmental and Social Department of the financial inclusion organization MFO Crystal in Georgia and a UN Global Compact Young SDG Pioneer, will uncover the unconscious gender biases that shape our decisions, interactions, and organizational culture. Through this session, participants will be able to contribute to a more inclusive workplace culture, promote diversity and equality within their organizations, and recognize and challenge their own biases.
