This week, our MS-ISM students at #ArizonaStateUniversity had the incredible opportunity to participate in a hands-on Business Strategy Simulation led by renowned facilitator Dr. Ruediger Pleines. 🎯 The event challenged students to step into leadership roles, make strategic decisions under pressure, and collaborate in dynamic teams. Participants navigated complex business scenarios, balancing data analysis, teamwork, and communication to drive their companies toward success. Key skills developed included: • Prioritizing data for decision-making 📊 • Leading effectively under stress 💡 • Bridging communication gaps between technical and business stakeholders 🗣️ • Understanding interconnected business functions and strategies 🌐 This immersive experience not only sharpened their analytical and leadership skills but also prepared them to tackle real-world business challenges with confidence and professionalism. 👏 Students also had the opportunity to hear from Daniel A.
