About us
NSRI envisions consequence management as proactive and responsive measures working to anticipate, identify, and deter physical and virtual threats to the United States. Should a threat develop into a hostile action or disaster, effective consequence management can mitigate the negative effects of the event through data-driven decision making and collaborative responses during and after a crisis. In this core competency, we focus on four broad areas: • Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Response Research and Training • Critical Cyber Infrastructure Protection • Decision Making and Collaboration Tools • Next Generation Biocontainment Capability and Contaminated Medical Treatment
