How about a throwback to one of the largest diameter pipes we’ve seen yet? This one pushed the limits of what we can fit on our Rock & Roll machine. Thanks to our great operators & engineering team, we were able to get this lined & shipped out to a thankful customer! Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gUtXrFze #corrosion #rotolining #largediameter

Check out this photo taken straight from the ROTOmax™ cell at Resistoflex! We recently finished this Polypropylene lined piece featuring the benefit of reduced flange connections. What would’ve been two tees and a 90 elbow is now a single piece construction through the power of roto-lining! Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gUtXrFze #corrosion #rotolining #flangereduction

Resistoflex has the capability to paint our products for protection against exterior corrosion. While we offer a standard paint system by default, we also are able to paint to a customer’s specification after review by one of our specialists. In the animation below, you’ll see a ROTOmax™ product cycling through some of the colors we’ve seen on projects recently. Which color is your favorite? ROTOmax™ utilizes two different machines to roto-line the housing of your finished product. Which machine is used is dependent on the product’s geometry & overall size. In the video shown below, you’ll see an animated depiction of our Rock & Roll machine. This machine is typically used for straight runs of pipe or fittings that can fit within the rotating arm’s envelope. Come visit Resistoflex to see the real machine in action! One of the major selling points of ROTOmax™ is our seamless, fully bonded liners. These mechanically bonded linings offer full vacuum capabilities without collapsing in most chemical services. In the video shown below, you’ll see a snippet from our animation displaying the shot-blasted, rough surface that increases the bonding surface area and allows the plastic to anchor to the housing. Did you know that ROTOmax™ has the ability to line tanks & vessels up to 6000 gallons? Thanks to our roto-lining process, we’re able to protect your most expensive piping equipment against corrosion. By applying a uniform plastic liner to all interior surfaces, you can rest easy knowing your tank/vessel is protected against harsh chemicals. A key benefit of the ROTOmax™ product offering, flange reduction can reduce the number of connection points when compared to a standard flanged system. Not only does this help reduce the number of flanges (leak points) but it also leads to less maintenance, saving time & money during installation and re-torquing. RESISTOFLEX’s Engineering Support Services team will work with you to design your system with as few flanges as possible! Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gUtXrFze #corrosion #rotolining #flangereduction

ETFE, a partially fluorinated Fluoropolymer, offers high corrosion resistance in systems operating at temperatures up to 300F. This plastic liner can be applied in thickness up to 0.250” while offering very good mechanical & tensile strength and elongation. Strong acids & bases, Brine, wastewater, and ultrapure systems are some of the applications within the sweet spot of ETFE. #corrosion #rotolining #etfe

Did you know wastewater can be dangerous due to having high concentrations of acids? ROTOmax™ is a customer favorite to protect their piping system from corrosion. Our liner is locked into the pipe to create on monolithic unit. Likewise, our products are seamless, not allowing for an easy failure point unlike some of our competitors. These factors have led many customers to install ROTOmax™ in their wastewater lines at sites around the world. #corrosion #rotolining #wastewater
