𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 University of Arkansas Leflar Law Center The Leflar Law Center building addition put a new face on the University of Arkansas, re-engaged the University community, and encompassed a theme of openness and accessibility. The project is a multi-level addition to the south side of the existing School of Law on the Main Campus at The University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. The 72,000 SF addition houses a library reading room, classroom and seminar rooms, a 200-seat auditorium and courtroom, an entry lobby, and faculty and staff offices. Cromwell and NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) have completed the Cycling and Trail Education Center (CTEC), the first facility offering certification in bike repair, trail building, and maintenance. The center combines classroom instruction with hands-on training, equipping students with the skills needed for careers in the cycling and trail industry. This project has already made a lasting impact on the region, supporting the growth of Northwest Arkansas as a premier biking destination. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 MEMS The Metropolitan Emergency Medical Services (MEMS) Headquarters represents the largest investment in emergency medical services for Central Arkansas within the last 30 years. Cromwell provided full design services for the new MEMS Headquarters in Little Rock, AR. After completing a Facility Condition Assessment and a Master Plan for the organization, Cromwell moved forward to the first phase of the Master Plan, the new Headquarters building with a project budget of $10 million. When Ozarks Healthcare embarked on a transformative 127,000-square-foot campus expansion, they trusted our team to bring their vision to life. The project included major renovations to the main hospital and the construction of two new buildings: a state-of-the-art Women’s Center and a multi-story medical office building equipped with advanced imaging facilities like MRIs, CT scanners, and X-rays. This expansion not only increased their campus size by 45% but also introduced vital services to the region.
