🌟 Join Diné Naazbaa Partnership for Another Giveaway Event TODAY at Veterans Memorial Park ❄️🎄 Don't miss DNP's winter giveaway event TODAY until 2PM! Back in September, DNP attended the Navajo County Stand-Down in Holbrook, AZ, collaborating with Fishers of Man for Veterans. Their generosity and partnership led to an incredible event for our local veterans and community this December! 🚛 On December 9 and 10, DNP Program Lead Cassandra and Community Coordinator Karen made multiple trips to load up coats, bed sheets, and clothes generously provided by Fishers of Man for Veterans. These items were stored at the Veterans Administration building in Tse Bonito, NM, in preparation for our Keep Warm Giveaway on December 11. ☕ On event day, the Navajo Nation Ft. Defiance Agency Staff set up tables and brought donuts and coffee. DNP added festive treats, including Christmas cookies and chocolate candy, for the community to enjoy. By 10:00 AM, a steady stream of community members arrived, and the morning flew by! 📻 Special thanks to KTNN Radio for announcing the event and helping us reach so many people. Local veterans' organizations like Central Veterans Organization and White Cone Veterans Organization also joined us, taking much-needed items like coats and men’s jeans back to their communities. 🙏 A huge thank-you to: Fishers of Man for Veterans Ft. Defiance Agency Administration Office Together, we’re making a difference and ensuring no one is left out in the cold. ❤️
