Here's a surprising insight: Teachers are more likely to challenge and refine AI-generated ideas than their colleagues' suggestions in PLCs. In "Bringing Artificial Intelligence to the PLC Table," Meghan Hargrave, Douglas Fisher, and Nancy Frey reveal how this dynamic is leading to richer discussions and better outcomes. When AI handles tasks like unpacking standards or drafting success criteria, teacher teams can focus on deeper conversations about student learning. AI isn't replacing teacher expertise—it's enhancing our collective creativity and driving innovation in unexpected ways.
