We’re excited to reflect on LabCentral Ignite’s Fall Career Forge cohort! A huge thank you to Eli Lilly and Company for hosting us at the Lilly Seaport Innovation Center and providing our Forgers with industry insights and Eli Lilly-specific workplace competencies.   During these three immersive weeks, participants gained invaluable lab experience and mastery of technical and workplace skills that prepare them for impactful roles as Research Assistants, Associates, and Quality Control Analysts.
