  • 🚨 Attention Lawyers: New Rules for AI-Generated Evidence During a recent meeting in New York, the U.S. Judicial Conference's Advisory Committee on Evidence Rules has taken a significant step toward regulating AI-generated evidence, including drafting new policies to address concerns about "deep fakes." 💡 While these rules are still being developed, lawyers must be ready to navigate these changes confidently and avoid pitfalls like AI “hallucinations” and unreliable AI-produced contents. "It seems like a good idea to have something in the bullpen as it were rather than nothing," said Daniel Capra, Philip Reed Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law, who is contributing to the potential rules.
