Let's kick off 2025 with a look at diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Diversity and inclusion creates healthy and safe workplaces where workers feel valued. Workers are more confident and willing to share their observations and thoughts for controls and ideas on how processes can be improved and made even safer. Here's a clip from one of last fall's Make It Safe Online sessions where MSABC Mental Health and Wellness Director Steve Conway and New Zealand's Jo Cribb discuss the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
