This joint venture between ENS and LexisNexis highlights our commitment to upholding the rule of law in Africa. The newly published book provides a comprehensive overview of health and safety laws governing Namibia’s mining sector. It covers essential legislation shaping the industry and offers expert insights into the legal framework shaped by both historical and modern statutes. At the launch event, Syntyche de Waal who represented LexisNexis and joined authors Pieter Colyn, Kennedy Haraseb, Vanessa Boesak, and Wolf Wohlers in marking this milestone achievement.
