We’re calling time on late payments ⏰ Yesterday, in collaboration with the Small Business Minister Gareth Thomas MP and Good Business Pays, we co-hosted an event in Parliament to unveil the new fair payment code. This pioneering code will classify businesses based on their punctuality in settling payments with small businesses. The event was highlighted by an inspiring speech from Leigh Thomas, Intuit VP EMEA, underscoring our dedication to supporting the sustainability and growth of small businesses. We welcomed five Intuit QuickBooks small business customers who shared their firsthand accounts of the negative impact of delayed payments. Including: James Vincent, Priyesh Pankhania, Afiya Titus, Sarah Griffin, Giuseppe Guillot Also in attendance were some of our valued accounting community, adding their voices to the conversation.
