We enjoyed hosting our friends from BlueForge Alliance last week where we were able to visit the Tidewater Community College Skilled Trades Academy in Portsmouth and have a tour of the future Camp Community College Workforce Trade and Innovation Center in Suffolk. This Center is scheduled to start training our next wave of skilled trades men and women in June 2025. Through these partnerships, and more, we are committed to developing a skilled workforce pipeline to support the future of shipbuilding and the Maritime Industrial Base. Thank you BFA for the visit!
