The event focused on key questions: ✅ Sustainability & Lightweighting: How can we achieve cradle-to-grave sustainable solutions? ✅ Future Mobility: What are the new demands for doors and closures in purpose-built and future mobility vehicles? ✅ Electrification: How do we optimize features like frunks and charging access for BEVs? 💡 For us, the conference reaffirmed: We are working on the right projects! Addressing tomorrow’s challenges inspires us to develop innovative solutions that shape the future of mobility. SaarGummi Neo has its finger on the pulse of time ✅ This week the "Recovered Carbon Black Europe 2024" took place in Amsterdam. The congress, organized by Smithers and Martin von Wolfersdorff, brings together all relevant companies when it comes to sustainable carbon black for the rubber industry. Deutsch-Chinesischer Automobilkongress in München mit SaarGummi Neo-Geschäftsführer Sven Müller als Sprecher im Vortragsprogramm Seit 13 Jahren gehört der Fahrzeugdichtungshersteller in Wadern-Büschfeld zu CQLT, Tochterunternehmen des chinesischen SASAC-Konzerns. Das Unternehmen legt großen Wert auf im Saarland entwickelte innovative Technologien, die in der weltweiten SaarGummi Group zum Einsatz kommen. Schwerpunktthemen sind dabei Augmented Reality, Robotic und 3D-Printing. Saargummi ist ein Beispiel für erfolgreiche und vertrauensvolle deutsch-chinesische Zusammenarbeit. China ist mit 253 Mrd. Euro Handelsvolumen im Jahr 2023 weiterhin der wichtigste Handelspartner der Bundesrepublik. SaarGummi Neo receives TOP 100 Award for outstanding innovation! 🏆 We have been honored with the prestigious TOP 100 award by the famous science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar. 🌱Our achievement: We excelled in the scientific selection process and have been recognized as a top innovator for the second time since 2020. Our Managing Director, Sven Müller, emphasizes: “this wouldn´t be possible without the great team of SaarGummi Neo and their permanent efforts to push boundaries in the weatherstrip sealing industry.” Anyone can make things complicated — finding a simple solution is sometimes more challenging than overengineering. The fact, that simplification also benefits sustainability, is demonstrated by the combination of: ➡️Pure materials: easier to recycle. ➡️Bio-based & recycled materials: future seals are predominantly made from sustainable materials. ➡️Lightweight construction: less and lighter components.   There are plenty of other ideas for innovation. It is therefore important to have clear priorities and collaboration – so our innovation projects follow clear guidelines: we have innovation managers who are responsible for each specific project. We are once again officially confirmed for our innovation competence 💡🚀 The examination was carried out by the German Certification Body for Research Allowance (BSFZ), which works on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Research and Education. As part of the audit, selected projects are examined for their novelty, the risk of their feasibility and their timeliness. 🤝 This eligibility confirmation of selected projects is therefore closely linked to the recognition of our research and development work. "We are of course very pleased about the confirmation of our competence in the R&D area by a body officially commissioned by the German government.
