FLN has named Ryan DeBoe, Project Engineer, New Product Development at RIGID Industries as the network's newest spotlight member! Ryan has worked across various industries in the past and has never seen more dedicated and passionate people working together to protect and improve an industry like in the automotive aftermarket. When going to an important meeting, he creates a list of main talking points to help him prepare. "It is incredibly easy to get off-topic and allow conversations to spiral," said Ryan. "Make sure you stick to the main topics that need to be discussed and resolved." Read more about Ryan in SEMA News: https://bit.ly/4023g3d

FLN has named Daniel Roethle, mechanical engineer at The COATS Company, as the network's newest spotlight member! 👏 The best advice that Daniel has received is that "doing nothing or not making a decision is a choice just as much as doing something. And by not acting so you don't make a mistake, the problem will not go away and you're still responsible for making a choice." If Daniel could meet any industry leader, he would have loved to meet Nikola Tesla and tell him he has a car company named after him, what his impact has been, and hear all of his ideas for the future and write them down. FLN has named Albert Torres, National Sales Manager at RIGID Industries, as the network's newest spotlight member! The best advice that Albert has received is that everyone makes mistakes, but it's how you adjust and correct the mistake that matters. This advice has allowed him to take chances and be more open to new things and changes. What keeps him in the industry is the community. "When at an event or on a trail run, it is great to see everyone support each other," said Albert. Read more about Albert in SEMA News: https://bit.ly/3Vn7LCu
